| Super Saiyan Goku was the first to turn Super Saiyan right after frieza killed krillin on namek.All the important Saiyans reach this level like Goku,Gohan,Brolli, Trunks,Goten,and Vegeta. |

Ultra Super Saiyan This version is a beefed-up form of a normal ssj, who cant quite make it to level 2. Muscle bulk increases but speed decreases in this form. Trunks and brolli make it to this form, but vegeta cant quite make it to this form. |
| Super Saiyan 2 This stage is more powerful then the normal ssj. Only three Saiyans reach this stage Gohan, Goku,Brolli,and Vegeta. Gohan is the first to reach this stage he reaches it during the Cell games. |

Super Saiyan 3 This from is by far the most powerful of a normal ssj.Its one of the most odd looking stages,with hair down to the feet , eyebrow ridges pushed out and eyebrows completely gone.Goku and the fused warrior Gotenks are the only ones to reach this form. |
| Super Saiyan 4 This really not a ssj form thought by other people but this form is very powerfuland only two saiyans have reached this level Goku and Vegeta. |
